Payment & Cancellation Policy — GangasagarYatra.co.in
All correspondence related to tours, travel services, and bookings should be addressed to M/s. Ryask Tourism, the official operator of GangasagarYatra.co.in.
Booking Confirmation
Upon confirming your tour or travel services with GangasagarYatra.co.in, your contract is established with M/s. Ryask Tourism.
A booking becomes valid once the deposit payment is received and the booking is confirmed in writing.
Payment Terms
Deposit
To confirm your booking, a minimum of 50% of the total cost must be paid to M/s. Ryask Tourism.
This deposit ensures your booking is held on a confirmed basis.
Balance Payment
- The remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days prior to the start date of the services.
- Bookings made within 15 working days of departure are considered late bookings, and full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Full payment must be cleared before the tour begins.
Note: For special train journeys, hotel or resort bookings during peak seasons (Christmas, New Year, Pushkar Fair, Diwali, etc.), 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy
In case of cancellation due to any reason (avoidable or unavoidable), a written notice must be sent to M/s. Ryask Tourism.
Cancellation charges will apply from the date the written notice is received, as follows:

A minimum 10% service charge will apply to all cancellations, regardless of the above schedule.
Once the trip has started, refunds are limited and depend on recoverable costs from hotels or service providers.
There will be no refunds for unused accommodations, missed meals, or unutilized transport.
Non-Refundable Bookings
No refunds will be issued for cancellations during:
- High Peak Season: 20th December – 15th January
- Festival Periods: Diwali, Dussehra, Holi, Pushkar Fair, etc.
- Long Weekends
Refund Procedure
Refunds for unused or canceled services (prepaid and confirmed) will be processed as per the above policy.
Refunds may take 2–4 weeks due to banking formalities.
If a refund is made via credit card or bank transfer, bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Arrival & Departure Policy
- Check-in time: 12:00 PM
- Check-out time: 12:00 PM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
- For guaranteed early check-in, bookings must include the previous night.
Extra Vehicle Usage
The package cost includes transport for the agreed itinerary only.
Any extra usage of the vehicle beyond the specified schedule (additional transfers or sightseeing) will incur extra charges, unless otherwise stated in the booking details.
Changes & Modifications
Reservation Changes
If you wish to modify your booking (dates, traveler names, etc.), please contact our customer support team.
All changes are subject to availability and the terms of the respective service providers.
Modification Fees
Changes may incur fees as per the policy of the service provider or GangasagarYatra.co.in.
Any additional costs resulting from the modification must be paid before confirmation. Refunds for reduced costs (if applicable) will be processed as per the refund policy.
Communication & Notifications
- Please provide accurate and updated contact information when booking.
- All communications, confirmations, and updates will be sent via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
- It is your responsibility to monitor these messages and respond promptly to avoid issues.
Limitations & Disclaimers
Third-Party Services
GangasagarYatra.co.in acts as a booking intermediary between travelers and hotels, airlines, transporters, and other service providers.
While we ensure smooth coordination, we are not responsible for errors, omissions, or service failures by third parties.
Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from:
- Service delays or cancellations by third-party providers
- Natural disasters, strikes, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances
- Errors in payment processing or technical issues beyond our control
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain personal travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or other travel-related risks.

By booking through GangasagarYatra.co.in, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Payment & Cancellation Policy and all associated Terms & Conditions.
