Terms & Conditions — GangasagarYatra.co.in

All correspondence related to Gangasagar Yatra or tour bookings should be addressed to M/s. Ryask Tourism, the official operator of GangasagarYatra.co.in.

Important Notice

Full payment must be cleared before the journey.
No payment after the trip and no refund on confirmed bookings.

Payments

To confirm your booking, an advance payment is required. The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the journey.
For special events or peak seasons (Christmas, New Year, etc.), full payment in advance is mandatory.
Overseas travelers may pay the advance via wire transfer to our designated bank account.

❌ Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking, a written notice must be provided.
Cancellation charges apply as follows:

45 days before travel: 10% of total cost
30 days before travel: 25% of total cost
15 days before travel: 50% of total cost
7 days before travel or No-show: No refund

Note: Cancellations received on Sundays will be processed the next working day.
During Durga Puja, Diwali, Christmas & New Year (20 Dec–5 Jan), all bookings are non-refundable.

Wildlife safaris are non-refundable and date changes are treated as cancellations.
No refund applies for unused hotels, transport, or missed meals after the tour begins.

Liabilities & Limitations

After the final tour cost is confirmed, any increase in government taxes, entry fees, or fuel prices will be charged extra.
GangasagarYatra.co.in acts as a travel agent for hotels, airlines, railways, and transport providers. We are not liable for any service failures or price changes made by them.

Tour itineraries are indicative and may change due to weather, traffic, or participant conditions.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by natural calamities, accidents, strikes, political unrest, or other uncontrollable factors.

All baggage and personal belongings remain at the traveler’s own risk.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended but not included in the tour cost.

Passports & Visas

Foreign nationals (except citizens of Nepal and Bhutan) must hold a valid passport (minimum 6 months) and an Indian visa. Visa processing is not included in the tour package.

Health & Safety

Travelers with infectious or contagious diseases are not permitted to join the tour.
Anyone found unfit to travel during the trip will be required to make their own return arrangements.

Governing Law

All services and agreements with GangasagarYatra.co.in are governed by the laws of India under the jurisdiction of Kolkata, West Bengal.

Note

GangasagarYatra.co.in and Ryask Tourism shall not be held responsible for expenses or losses arising from unforeseen events such as landslides, roadblocks, weather disruptions, or similar causes.
